Why does it need to be Kai Baan?
“Kai Baan Bag” is inspired by local Isan way of life which has been related to native chicken raise since the ancient time. Furthermore, it is revealed that Isan indigenous chicken breeds are the origin of other native chickens around the world.
The good native chickens which passed the selection and training are called “fighting roosters”. The locals would keep the best ones for breeding because they will give the best fighting chicks in the future. The owners will take a very good care of them because they are very pricy.
The fighting roosters resemble Isan people as they are persistent and patient.
“The fighting roosters fight with their full strength every match because it’s fighting for survival.”
